If you are a member of the medical staff at Vernon Jubilee Hospital with hospital privileges and have an idea for a project to help achieve one of the above outcomes you now have the opportunity to submit your idea(s) using the form below.
After reviewing what information is required on the form, the first step is to contact the VJH Physician Society’s Project Manager to see how your project would fit in with existing Society activities and our strategic goals. Please be prepared to discuss who would be invited to work on this activity, the length of time estimated to achieve your objectives, and the funding you would need to reimburse medical staff for their time spent addressing the issue, holding events or inviting speakers, and communicating the outcomes.
In step two, please complete the form below and click on the Send button, which will trigger the system to send a copy to the VJHPS Project Manager and forward a copy to you for your future reference. The Project Manager will arrange for the activity proposal to be reviewed by the VJHPS Executive and Working Group, who may suggest amendments or pass a motion to approve your activity.
