If you are a member of the VJH Medical Staff with hospital privileges and have an idea for a new activity for the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Physician Society to fund, take the first step and contact the VJHPS Project Manager to see how your project would fit within the Society’s strategic goals and annual priorities.
- Please be prepared to discuss who would be invited to work on this activity, the length of time estimated to achieve your objectives and the funding you would need to reimburse medical staff or consultants for their time spent working on the activity, holding events or securing speakers and reporting the outcomes.
The Society is looking for activities that
- create better opportunities for physicians and health authority leaders to work together, to share knowledge, and make informed decisions that can improve patient care, the physician experience, and the cost-effectiveness of the health care system.

The second step is to fill out the New Activity Form with as much detail as possible and email it to the VJHPS Project Manager. Arrangements will be made for the new activity proposal to be reviewed by the Working Group and Executive for approval.
